The River Ridge Fairways clubhouse is available for rental for a non-refundable charge of $25, payable by check. There is a deposit of $200 required. |
 | Clubhouse rental entitles the renter exclusive use of the recreation room and kitchen facilities. The other homeowners are still entitled to use the pool, spa, etc. | | When hanging banners or signs on the walls use the supplied blue painters tape, not duct tape. (Blue tape is hanging on the refrigerator door handle) | | A maximum of 25 guests is allowed | | There is a 5 hour time limit and no event may extend past 9:00p.m.with clean-up to be completed by 10 p.m. of the day of the event | | No live music, bands or disc jockeys are allowed | | Youth under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult resident | | Cleanup is to be done immediately after the use of the clubhouse |

Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cook top and sink. The patio is equipped with chairs, tables and chaise lounges. There are restrooms with showers.
