2007 COLOR SCHEMES

As every River Ridge Fairways homeowner knows (or should know) the C C & R's governing our association require that each home is painted one of the approved color schemes. The RRF Paint Color Committee recently completed a project to make it easier to choose paint colors for your home. The Committee has just released a binder containing samples of the approved color schemes and organizational charts clarifying the color numbers, along with other useful items such as floor plans, discount coupons and the ever popular Architectural Modification Request Forms.

NOTE: Remember that colors seen on your monitor aren't accurate renditions. Borrow the RRF Color Scheme Book from the Architectural Committee to see the actual paint chip colors
